Founding President of the firm, Mr. Kimmich has a passion for seeing the art of building meet the functional design for people collide in solution that is architecture. As a graduate of Southern Illinois University Carbondale and Texas A&M, his Master’s Thesis surrounded the embodiment of service to people in a self-sustaining disaster relieve housing project.  Throughout his academic career Mr. Kimmich had opportunities to work with small firms providing construction document production and 3D modeling on a number of projects including single family houses, offices, restaurants and schools. Following that he went to work for a large scale firm, Kendall Heaton & Associates in Houston, TX whose client base consisted of world renowned Design Architects such as Foster+Partners, Cesar Pelli, & Pickard Chilton Architects.

Mr. Kimmich oversees the strategic growth of the company as well as designing, managing and overseeing several projects of varying sizes, scales and typologies. From single family houses, custom retail build-outs, and restaurants to high rise condominiums, high rise hotels and even master plans of new universities.

Justin excels in client relations, design through technology, complex integrated relationships, 3D design and rendering as well as Construction & Contract Document development.
