Saravela

Saravela is a new luxury condominium high-rise located in downtown Sarasota’s Quay district, offering one of the city’s last remaining high-rise development opportunities. Designed with flexibility in mind, the project is Sarasota’s first new luxury high-rise to allow three-day minimum rentals, lowering the barrier to entry for downtown luxury living through a range of smaller unit sizes.

The 282-unit tower features residences ranging from studios to four-bedroom homes, including premier and penthouse offerings with varying levels of finishes and amenity access. The building’s unique stepped massing responds to dual zoning constraints, with portions rising up to 18 stories and others limited to 11 stories, resulting in a thoughtfully integrated design.

Saravela offers extensive indoor and outdoor amenities across multiple levels, including three outdoor amenity decks, fitness and wellness spaces, lounges, co-working areas, a golf simulator, and family-focused recreation. At street level, over 11,000 square feet of commercial space and landscaped setbacks enhance pedestrian engagement, while two-story townhomes at the base help transition the building into the surrounding neighborhood.
