KSA worked diligently to preserve over 25% of the site as tree canopies on site in Titusville, one of Florida’s tree cities, while still providing a class-A multifamily community. The community features 138 total units in a mix of 3-story apartment buildings and 2-story ‘cottage-style’ buildings as well as private garages and resort style amenities.
