Architect and Co-Founder, Mrs. Kimmich has a passion for the transforming of a space in response to the client’s desires, site context and culture of every project. It is this response that allows her to engage uniquely with a project, its program and its site to create exceptionally creative solutions in her designs. As a graduate of Southern Illinois University Carbondale and Texas A&M, her Master’s Thesis explored the self-sustaining and off-grid living community using hay bale construction. Her graduate work opened the door for her to be invited to work at a large scale Houston-based firm Kendall Heaton and Associates where she produced construction documents and details for world-renowned Architect Cesar Pelli.
Mrs. Kimmich brings a great strength in design, organization, client relations and management of luxury residential design, low- rise and high-rise multi-family and mixed use developments as well as retail and office build-outs.
