Prior to establishing our Firm, the Team and Staff of Kimmich Smith Architecture, LLC (KSA) were instrumental in providing the new site planning and conceptual layouts for the new Belleview Place Community by JMC Communities. The Architectural concept design work was developed for the Condominium Towers, respecting the adjacent communities and focusing on view corridors as well as the development of the Carriage Home designs on the East end of the site. We worked hand-in-hand with other land planners and Civil Engineers and very closely with the developer as they decided how the historic Belleview Inn would be addressed through its relocation on the site and its reduction in size. The new site plan allowed the new Inn to shine as the star and supported its Architectural theme in the other building designs. It is a pleasure now to see in the final built product representing the original concept of the plan, view corridors and building design.
