KSA Provided the overall master plan of this 13 acre site and developed the 324 units of Class-A multifamily in multiple four-story apartment buildings along with mixed-use retail components. The main entry building includes the resort style amenities and leasing office. On-site amenities and outdoor activities alongside the existing neighborhood lake.
