Marina Bay 880 is a beautifully unique site located on a marina in North Clearwater Florida. The community provides 87 condominium units in two 8-story towers and a fantastic amenities package including an Olympic sized lap pool and other luxury spaces. KSA was hired as the initial design architect and retained as the local lead to continue the project through construction documents and construction administration.
