Oakland Apartments

KSA was hired as the architect for the master plan and building design for this 23 AC mixed-use site located in Oakland, FL. The site would hold over 300 apartment units in multiple four-story garden style apartment buildings with integrated Amenity and Leasing Center. In addition to the multifamily product on the site, outparcel retail and restaurant sites were provided along the street frontage.
